Booking Cancellations & Refunds

At FishingPlans, we strive to provide a seamless fishing trip experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • If you cancel your booking X days before the trip, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within X days of the trip may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the charter’s policy.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the trip) may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by the Captain

  • If the charter captain cancels due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
  • Safety is our top priority. If the trip is canceled for safety reasons, you will not be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time, the booking may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within X business days via the original payment method.
  • If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
